Job Opening at State Arts Council: Programs Information Officer

The State Arts Council has an opening for a full-time Programs Information Officer (Labor Grade 23). The beginning salary range for this position is $38,941.50-46,234.50, depending upon experience. The position reports to the Director.

This position, with assistance from the Visual Arts Associate, is responsible for developing and coordinating public information about the agency’s programs as well as overseeing specific programs and promotional activities. Typical duties include: editing New Hampshire Arts News, managing the agency’s web site, developing and overseeing the distribution of agency media releases, overseeing public art projects and fellowship grants, and coordinating promotional events such as the biennial Governors Arts Awards.
